Shopping in our web-shop is easy!

Please read the following shopping instructions it will help you through the process and prevent problems later.

1.       Select the item you wish to buy and it will go the shopping cart. You can buy several items and select the one shipping method.
If some (or one) of the items goes to another address, you have to make 2 different purchases.

2.       Choose the sipping
In Estonia the shipping is 0€ (9th April 2020)
There are several options:
SmartPost
Omniva
Big letter
Regular letter

Please choose the proper one. F.e if you buy a postcard, please choose regular letter instead of SmartPost or Omniva.

3.       Please fill the necessary information, it will guarantee the most efficient shipping.

4.       After you have placed the order you will receive an invoice to your e-mail which you have entered.
You have 3 working days to pay the invoice, after that it will be canceled.
For returns you have 14 days and the product must be without traces of use and in original package. Look at the Terms and Conditions chapter 4.

5.       The products
are shipped after the payment within 3 working days.

6.       The prices in Estonia are 0€ (beginning of 9th of April 2020)

These are usable with all our products. But notebooks, postcards, reflectors and even one or two scarf (buff) can be send by:

NB! All of these prices are valid in Estonia.

We send worldwide, but for the time being there is only EU available. Please contact me if you live outside of EU and we will find a solution!

To EU there are a small package/big letter max weight 500g and the price is 6€. That includes the tracking number which will be e-mailed to your after the parcel is shipped.
EU regular letter is 1,80€ (for postcards, reflector, small items that fit in the normal envelope).

There is a possibility to send with Itella SmartPost locker system to Finland but for that please contact us.
The pricelist to Finland with Itella is:
-         XS – 10€
-         S – 11€
-         M – 13€
